Boundary work is one of the most important work to live in our truth and build authentic, respectful relationships with others.
But if, like me, your care-givers didn’t have healthy boundaries or didn’t champion this concept, you probably are still working on creating (and maintaining yours).
It’s not easy.
This meditation has helped me tremendously in this work, and I hope it will for you too.
Practice this on your own often, several times a week, and then practice while you interact with others. Soon, you’ll see, it’ll become natural to you, helping you voice and maintain your boundaries at all times.
